What to expect

Our driver will call you prior to delivering. Please note the number will appear as a PA number on your caller ID. Not only are we trying to give you a heads-up, but we want to ensure the address is correct, are there any special request, can our truck get in/turn around in your driveway or any other information we need to provide the service. They will do their best to make sure it is about 30 minutes prior. 

Your deliver will be on a flatbed tractor trailer or straight truck. Overall height clearance needed is about 12 feet and we need plenty of room to get turned around. Your product will be off loaded using a truck mounted forklift often referred to as a Moffit or Piggy-back. Our forklift weighs in at around 7000 lbs. and can lift 5000 lb. This machine is 8.5 feet wide and 8.5 feet deep. The height with the mast at its lowest is around 10 feet. When offloading, our forklift will need room to access the side of the truck. Often, we have to do this from the street or road.
